Public holiday homemade brunch:: soba salad with sesame dressing and orange juice

Okie sharing my recipe for @spongej actually my colleague commented it's pretty tasteless to her haha.. But I think she from Hong Kong who have heavy taste when come to food.. Coz me and hubby think is ok! Not sure about those who try this recipe of mine..

What you need::
•Fresh salad vege
•Soba for 1 serving
•1 egg
•Assorted mushroom ( I use fresh shiitake mushroom and can mushroom, best if you can get straw mushrooms) slide mushroom to cube
•Japanese sesame salad dressing

You can also use Japanese Ginger-carrot dressing too

Boil water to cook soba, egg and also mushroom then mix everything together sesame dressing and tadaa in 15min your meal is ready to serve!
